We have enjoyed our time at the hotel. Very relaxing atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. They are fluent in English. The room was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the lake. You can reach the city center by public transportation or if you prefer walking then it is around 30 minutes to reach by feet.

The most romantic place to stay in Como. An amazing beautiful palace with beautiful large rooms over looking the lake. Friendly useful staff, specially would like to mention Mattia from the reception who gave us lots of information about what to see around. Great breakfast was served in a beautiful restaurant, service was the best. Will definitely visit there again

Beautiful, older but well maintained, hotel in a spectacular location on Lake Como between Como and Cernobbio. Staff all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is of excellent quality. The bar and restaurant also serve high quality wine and food. Rooms generally excellent with blackout blinds, very comfortable beds, slippers and bathrobes, and excellent strong hot showers. Some modernisation of the rooms including newer TVs that support steaming, and USB charging points would be appreciated.

Hotel Villa Flori is amazing. The hotel is elegant, the rooms are immaculate, and to say that the staff there were friendly and kind would be an understatement. We had a lake view room...definitely opt for that if you can. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Como. Thank you Hotel Villa Flori for helping us celebrate our 20th anniversary.

Great hotel. A little expensive but worth it with the view. Staff were really attentive and accommodating. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms a good size. Had a great view of Lake Como.
